Cotton candy on the nose, with notes of sherbert, pink grapefruit and mandarin. The palate offers notes of rose water, toffee apple and rhubarb crumble. Spritzy fizz with a fresh pear and raspberry finish. Goes well with a bowl of fresh fruit and clotted cream and makes amazing Turkish Delight and sorbet. A great partner to Sunday morning brunch and one of the few wines that goes with blue cheeses.
